Our client based in Blackpool, is a leading provider of educational and group travel to the UK, Europe and North America. They currently have an opening for a Tour Consultant to work as part of their Music an Creative Arts Division.
The main responsibility of this role will be to provide exceptional customer service to ensure the development of solid, long-term relationships with clients. You will oversee the organisation of all elements of each tour including transport, accommodation, insurance, visits and invoicing. The successful candidate will be a team player and have the ability to provide an excellent level of customer service. An interest in the arts an a knowledge of a language (French, German, Spanish, Italian) would be be advantageous.
In addition to an excellent basic salary of between Ј15,000 - Ј17,00 (pending experience) there is an excellent benefits package including a profit related bonus scheme, generous holiday entitlement, pension and private medical scheme (after qualifying period).
